Stephanie Bell is a gardener who has lived in Picton for over 20 years. Bell says Picton’s “growth and vibrancy motivates me to action” and she wants to demonstrate her “enthusiasm for a better quality of life for as many people as possible.” The principal concerns of her platform are jobs for young people, fighting poverty, and transparency and accountability from council.
