Alec Lunn

Alec Lunn is seeking re-election to Prince Edward County council. He was first elected to council in Hillier Ward in 2010. Before being elected to council, he ran a painting and decorating business for 30 years. He is also currently the entertainment co-ordinator of the Picton Fair. Lunn also managed the Regent Theatre for four years.

Lunn says access to medical services in Prince Edward County is a serious issue. He feels service levels  at the hospital in Prince Edward County should be maintained instead of closing down beds and having people commute to Belleville for medical services.

Lunn is also a musician. He plays in the Frere Bros band and considers himself a long-time patron of the arts in Prince Edward County. He is interested in heritage and history and sits on both the library and museum board.
