Charles Naphan
Charles Naphan is a Trenton boy through and through. He says he has watched his home slowly grow from a small town into the city it is today. His work experience includes professional carpentry in the construction industry, professional horticulture, 23 years with the City of Belleville in operations management (where he is still employed), and 30 years as a volunteer firefighter in Quinte West. He is also a public member of the Quinte West Public Works Committee. Naphan says he plans to continue the momentum of addressing infrastructure issues that are being tackled by the committee he works on. He hopes that Quinte West will set an example across the province on how to handle changes in infrastructure demands while working within budget. He believes slow growth is the best way to develop Quinte West.
