BELLEVILLE – The Loyalist College board of governors welcomed a new member on Thursday night.

David Hatch, a businessman from Wellington, has more than 30 years of experience in the Canadian broadcasting industry.

He has worked with TSN, Global TV, and is currently executive producer at WhistleStop Productions Inc., a television production company in Prince Edward County.

College president Maureen Piercy addressed the board and formally welcomed Hatch to the college.

“We’re very enthusiastic with Mr. Hatch joining the board and I’m looking forward to working with him,” said Piercy.
