  • November 22, 2017 at 2:23 pm

By Lindsey Harren

TRENTON – Residents will be able to learn the scope of the predicted flooding this spring from Lake Ontario and the Bay of Quinte on Wednesday night.

Representatives from the International Lake Ontario-St. Lawrence Board will be giving a presentation on water levels in the Bay of Quinte and Lake Ontario.

Quinte Conservation issued the flood warning on April 26 and it was lifted September 19, said communication officer Kirsten Geisler.

The public meeting is at 6 p.m. at Quinte West City Council chamber.

More to come.
