BELLEVILLE –  The city of Belleville will be holding a vigil to honour the victims of the Humboldt Broncos bus crash tragedy Thursday afternoon at city hall.

The vigil starts at 2 p.m.

Last Friday’s tragedy left 16 dead.

The Broncos were on the way to a semi-final playoff game in Nipawin, Saskatchewan at the time of the crash. The team’s Twitter handle has been using#HumboldtStrong in a way to honour the lives of the victims and to give others the opportunity to show their support.

All are welcome to attend the vigil and are encouraged to wear a jersey in support for the victims.
