BELLEVILLE – The moose population is declining, according the Quinte Field Naturalists.

As part of the group’s lecture series, Dave Pearce of the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society will discuss why the population is declining and what steps the government and people can do to help.

The discussion will take place at 7 p.m. Monday at Bridge Street United Church. Everyone is welcome.
