BELLEVILLE – Ottawa Senators defenceman Justin Falk has been reassigned to the Belleville Senators.

Falk has played in just 10 games with Ottawa this season and hasn’t recorded a point since Nov. 30.

He also played in eight games with the American Hockey League Colorado Eagles, scoring once and adding an assist.

The 30-year-old has played in 278 career AHL games, scoring 44 points and 10 goals.

He has also played in a total of 279 NHL games with Ottawa, the Buffalo Sabres, the Columbus Blue Jackets, the Minnesota Wild and the New York Rangers.

The Belleville Senators are back in action on Friday, when they’ll be at home, going up against the Toronto Marlies.
