  • January 23, 2019 at 11:45 am

By Matthew Morgan

BELLEVILLE – Tri-Board Student Transportation Services cancelled all area school buses on Wednesday, the third day in a row.

According to Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board website, all buses have been cancelled Wednesday due to poor winter weather. Buses were also cancelled at Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic School, Board schools.

This is exam time at local high schools, and the three days of bus cancellations have forced the schools to adjust their exam schedules.

Despite the cancellations, schools remain open.
