Quinte West OPP says motor vehicle collisions increased this year

Quinte West OPP report that motor vehicle collisions have increased this year. The study went from Jan 1^st, 2010 – Nov 8^th 2011 and 867 collisions were reported. Up from the previous 737collisions the year before.
