BELLEVILLE – Local residents can experience the sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and more during an event by a Belleville wellness centre.

The event, called Sacred Sound Bath, is being offered by We Thrive, located in downtown Belleville.

Sound baths are meditative experiences that use vibration and sound to create relaxation in the body.

Megan Marie Gates, a sound practitioner, will be hosting the event on Tuesday from 7:30 to 8:45 p.m.

Registration costs $30.

More to come.
