Northumberland OPP offering free anti-fraud information session

  • March 3, 2020 at 11:11 am

By Alex Mahar

BELLEVILLE – Northumberland OPP is hoping knowledge is power when recognizing various types of frauds and scams circulating in our communities.

They’re taking a proactive approach by offering a free anti-fraud information session to its residents on Thursday March 19 at the Northumberland OPP station at 95 Dundas Street in Brighton beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Residents can learn safety measures they can take to help protect themselves from becoming a victim of fraud and the importance of reporting.
