Belleville woman facing careless driving charge

BELLEVILLE – A 33-year-old Belleville woman is facing charges of careless driving after losing control of her vehicle Tuesday morning on Shannon Road, north of Shannonville. 

Around 7:20 a.m., Belleville police attended a single vehicle accident. A woman lost control of her vehicle and crashed into the ditch, said police. 

There were no injuries, but there was significant damages to the vehicle. 

She was charged with careless driving.
