Broken insulators caused power outage in Prince Edward County

Hydro has been restored to more than 9,000 homes in Prince Edward County.

A major accident occurred on Hwy. 7 near Kaladar around 4:30 this morning.

The NDP has introduced a new bill which would cut the provincial portion of HST from home heating bills.
