Security concern forces evacuation Kingston court house

A security concern evacuated a Kingston Ontario court house this morning where the Shafia murder trial is taking place. Prime Minister Stephen Harper is in Switzerland talking about the world’s economy. A number of crashes  took place around the region over night and this morning.
