Oshawa judge allows police statements from suicide victim

An Oshawa judge has ruled that statements made by an 11-year-old boy who committed suicide can be used in the trial of a boy accused of assaulting him. Police are looking for witnesses from a Highway 37 crash from December. The OPP will be cracking down on distracted drivers this week and will be looking for more than just cell phones.
