Two drinking and driving charges laid over the weekend

Two drinking and driving charges were laid in Belleville over the weekend. Bail hearings are set for two Belleville men today, one who reportedly headbutted his girlfriend and another for two counts of breach of probation. Napanee OPP found a dog submerged under water with its leash tied to a cinder block. This week is Public Rail Safety Week, which means police all over Ontario are handing out safety information at rail crossings.
