Belleville weapons bust

Two Belleville men were arrested and charged by Belleville Police after a search warrant was executed.

Liam Hustler, 22, and Jason May, 35, both of Belleville were arrested by police. They were charged with unauthorized possession of a shot gun and ammunition.

The guns and gangs unit, street crimes unit, emergency response team, and K9 unit conducted the search warrant in the west end of Belleville.

Charges include careless storage of a firearm and ammunition, possession of firearm against order, and fail to comply with probation.

Hustler and May were held for a bail hearing Thursday.
