The Supreme Court will not hear appeal of man convicted of murder

The Supreme Court will not hear the appeal of a man convicted of murdering an aid to a Quebec Cabinet Minister.  Marc Garneau has dropped out of the Federal Liberal leadership race but others will not concede the race to Justin Trudeau.
