Icy conditions create havoc throughout the region

Heavy rains and temperatures hovering at the freezing point caused icy conditions early Friday morning. Police and fire department officials said there were numerous accidents throughout the Quinte Region. QNetNews reporters were out today capturing some of the more dramatic results of the unexpected ice storm.
