Post-secondary schools might move a third of courses online

A report by Ontario’s ministry of post-secondary education calls for the provinces universities and colleges to move a third of their courses online. Premier Dalton McGuinty is sending a strong message to the provinces doctors saying they won’t get a pay increase. Several people are under arrest after an early morning sweep in the greater Toronto area targeting an alleged vehicle fraud operation.
