  • October 31, 2013 at 10:41 am

BELLEVILLE – A wind warning is in effect for Belleville, Quinte West and eastern Northumberland County.

Strong and potentially damaging winds with gusts up to 100 km/h are expected to develop overnight from Thursday to Friday and into Friday morning. Winds of this magnitude could bring down trees and power lines, Environment Canada says.

Heavy rain is also possible with this weather system.
