Man still missing after two weeks

BELLEVILLE – It’s been two weeks since Roger Pennell has been seen.

The 61-year-old-man was reported missing on Nov 8. He was last seen by family on Wallbridge Crescent.

He is white, 5 feet 11 inches and 210 pounds with blue eyes, a goatee and grey hair. He was wearing a black jacket with a grey stripe and jeans when he went missing.
