Voting for student government ends tomorrow
BELLEVILLE – Amid all the coverage and decisions of the municipal election, students need to look closer to home as the student government election is currently underway.
Voting for this election started on Tuesday and ends this Thursday at 4 p.m. There are nine students running for Board of Governors, Student Representative, one student running for Business & Management Studies Leader and nine students running for First Year Leader.
On the loyalistlife.com website you can read up on the candidates to help you make an informed decision.
To vote you simply log in with your student number and date of birth and choose the candidates you like. All full time students can vote for all categories while part time students can only vote for the Board of Governors, Student Representative. After you vote you have the opportunity to enter your email for a chance to win up to $500.
