Arrest at Loyalist

BELLEVILLE – A man was handcuffed and pepper sprayed by police and taken away in a dramatic incident at the Loyalist College main entrance Tuesday.

Several officers hauled the man to a police van. The man was hitting his head and shouting as he was taken away.
