BELLEVILLE – Family history, dance workshops, Tai Chi classes, and many more activities are happening this weekend in downtown Belleville.

The Flavours of Fall festival is taking place Sept. 25 to 27 on Front St.

The city will host more than 23 different events on Saturday. The Belleville Public Library will be giving genealogy workshops while upstairs in the John M. Parrott gallery there will be art exhibitions and demonstrations. The Quinte Ballet School of Canada will be hosting free Hip Hop dance workshops and Angela Maracle’s School of Dance will be doing a flash mob performance on Bridge Street which could happen anytime during the festival. Many more family-oriented activities will be going on during the weekend. People will be able to wander around the East Hill neighbourhood while local musicians play on their front porches.
