Deadly Highway 401 accident makes drivers think about safety
BELLEVILLE – With a recent deadly accident on Highway 401, how are Loyalist students feeling about going home for the Thanksgiving weekend?
Last Friday night, a fully loaded transport truck failed to slow down for construction near Whitby, causing a 20-vehicle collision on Highway 401. Four people died, including a 12-year-old boy.
QNet News spoke to some Loyalist students about whether they are worried about travelling on Highway 401 for the long weekend.
