TRENTON – A service dog fundraiser is being held at Trenton’s Boston Pizza Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m.

Ten per cent of each purchase will be going towards the Kingston 4 Paws Service Dogs charity organization.

The event organizer is 15-year-old Grace Boyd of Brighton, whose service dog, Harley, was provided by the organization this year.

Harley helps Boyd cope with her mental illnesses, and performs tasks such as waking her from nightmares and alerting her before panic attacks.

Boyd and Harley will be attending the event alongside service puppies in training to meet with the donors.

QNet News will be attending the event. More to come.
