To rave or not to rave: That is the question

BELLEVILLE – Loyalist graduate Dakota Hill can’t stop raving about raves.

Hill says that although he only started attending the electronic music festivals in the last year, they have had quite the impact on his life. Forgetting about the stigma attached to raves, like with drugs and alcohol, Hill says raving is all about the music and the friendships that can be made.
