Drunk driving charges laid following parking lot crash in Prince Edward County

BELLEVILLE – A 45-year old Toronto woman faces impaired driving charges after police say she drove into a rock barricade in Hallowell Saturday evening.

Police say the collision happened in a parking lot of a business on County Road 1. The driver faces two charges, including operating a motor vehicle while impaired. 

She has been released from police custody and will appear in court on Oct. 21, 2020. Her license has been suspended for 90 days and her car has been impounded for one week.
