Loyalist College Fitness Centre is under construction with the support of the student government. NDP Leader Andrea Horwath said  hospitals are blackmailing families to get patients out of bed and into long term care and Canada’s environmental watchdog has to do a better job as it cracks down on environmental delinquents.
