Belleville police charged a teenage boy following a break and enter

Belleville Police charged a 17-year old male in connection with two thefts after investigating a break and enter from January. Local police say they’ve received an increased number of complaints about attempted telephone fraud. Belleville Police are asking for the public’s help again in locating a missing teenage boy.
