Man arrested for recent break-ins in Belleville

The big snow stayed away in a large part of southern Ontario today — many areas got rain and freezing rain instead. The Government of Canada is investing up to $1.5 million through the Prosperity Initiative to open a new Vantage Food processing facility in Belleville.
