NHL lockout threatening Stirling’s Hockeyville award

Residents of Stirling are still wondering if their Hockeyville NHL preseason game will take place despite the lockout. A new report calls for the speed limit on Ontario’s residential streets to be lowered. Dangerous offenders may be getting a break thanks to a Superior Court Judge.
