Halloween equals big bucks in Belleville

Thousands of local kids across the Quinte region took the streets Wednesday night, trying to stuff as much candy as they could into their bags.
But, Halloween is more than just tricks or treats.
A retail council of Canada survey shows Halloween being the second most expensive holiday of the year.
