  • February 8, 2013 at 12:00 pm

Belleville got to feel winter in a big way on Friday when the city was hit with what Environment Canada predicted could be as much as 20 centimetres of snow.

Environment Canada also warned of poor visibility and slippery road conditions.

The Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board left its schools open, but buses were cancelled.

This is footage from near Moira Street and Sydney.
