Weather could suspend search for missing boater

The winds are picking up, meaning the search for a missing Wellington boater could be suspended. The Senate expense scandal dominated this afternoon’s Question Period in the House of Commons.  The numbers are in and Finance Minister Jim Flaherty says Canada’s deficit is down seven billion dollars from last year.
