16-year-old girl missing in Belleville

BELLEVILLE – Belleville Police are asking for help from residents in finding a missing 16-year-old.

According to police, Cheyenne Thompson was last seen on Monday April 6 near Bleecker and Station streets.

She was wearing a white parka with blue stripes. Thompson is described as five feet, six inches tall, aboriginal, weighing 175 pounds with short black hair, and blue eyes.

Police say she may be trying to hitchhike to the Toronto area.

Anyone with information regarding Thompson’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Belleville Police at 613-966-0882 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
