Road closures coming to Quinte West

  • October 7, 2015 at 2:35 pm

By Michelle Poirier

BELLEVILLE – On Oct. 21 Dundas Street West from Division Street to Front Street in Quinte West will be closed both ways starting at 9 a.m.

Albert Street will be closed from Dundas Street to Fraser Park Drive at the same time.

The closure is for additional inspection to the clock tower at 65 Dundas St. W.  The tower was recently inspected and damages to all four clock faces were found. There is concern that the clocks could dislodge and fall to the sidewalks.

The city will be providing traffic controls during the road closures.
