Brighton council to vote on gas bar site plan

  • November 2, 2015 at 3:54 pm

By Stelios Pappas

BRIGHTON – Brighton’s city council is expected to vote tonight on the Mac’s Milk Gas Bar site plan.

The gas bar is slated to be constructed in the downtown area on the corner of Elizabeth Street and Prince Edward Street.

There has not been a gas station at this location for approximately ten years. Currently, the lot remains vacant as the owners await approval of the site plan.

A committee of Brighton residents, known as BADGas, opposes the gas bar and has been vocal in its opposition since last January.

Stay tuned for more details.
