OPP wants to ensure your car is safe

  • November 3, 2015 at 2:56 pm

BELLEVILLE – Quinte West OPP has launched a Lock It or Lose It program designed to help educate drivers on how to prevent theft from their vehicles.

Over the next few weeks, volunteers from Quinte West community policing will be in downtown Trenton leaving pamphlets on drivers windows with tips about Lock It or Lose It.

OPP advises drivers to roll up their windows,  keep valuables out of sight, lock their doors and keep keys in their pocket.
