Naked man arrested in Napanee

  • November 4, 2015 at 3:05 pm

By William Proulx

BELLEVILLE – Police responded to multiple reports of a man running around naked in a residential area just outside of Kingston on Monday night.
Napanee OPP responded to the incident but were not able to locate the man right away. The 31-year-old male was found when officers heard shouts coming from a nearby marsh area. The man was later found waist deep in the marsh.
Police say they suspect the man may have been high on crystal meth and has since been arrested and charged with mischief.
