Man charged with stunt driving in Kaladar

BELLEVILLE – A man was charged on Sunday in a second stunt driving incident in two days near Kaladar.

The Kaladar detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police stopped a vehicle driving 134 km/h on Highway 41 just north of Kaladar.

The man had his vehicle seized for seven days and his driver’s licence was suspended for seven days.

The 24-year-old Toronto man was issued a summons for stunt driving and is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Napanee on Feb. 18.

On Saturday a 24-year-old Oshawa man was stopped while going 139km/h on Highway 7.
