Man from France caught speeding at 160 km/h

BELLEVILLE –  Police stopped a 25-year-old man from France driving 160 km/h on Highway 401 eastbound near Napanee yesterday afternoon.

Ontario Provincial Police seized his rental vehicle for seven days and issued him a seven-day licence suspension.

He is scheduled to appear in provincial court on Feb. 4.
