Man charged after call about vehicles being entered at nursing home

BELLEVILLE – A Napanee man faces multiple charges after police received a call saying someone was trying to get into parked vehicles at a Northbrook nursing home.

The call to the Kaladar OPP came just after 5 a.m. Monday.

The 23-year-old man was arrested near the Pine Meadow Nursing Home.

The man was charged with possession of property obtained by crime, possession of marijuana and breach of probation.

He was held for a bail hearing and was scheduled to appear Monday in provincial court in Napanee.
