Police say they have located an object of interest underwater near the Norris Whitney Bridge in Prince-Edward County

Darren Rose, 44, of Shannonvile was arrested and charged after a single-vehicle crash near Casey Road.

The controversy over harassing and phony election calls drew a small crowd on Parliament Hill today.
