63-year-old man charged with impaired driving

  • April 8, 2015 at 10:35 am

BELLEVILLE – Belleville police were called to the Beer Store on Station Street minutes before closing on Tuesday night.

Inspector Marlene Gray tells QNet News that a 63 year-old man was refused service from the Beer Store employees. Once they realized his level of intoxication and noticed he was driving, a phone call was made to the Belleville Police.

Officers found the man in the east end and arrested him for impaired driving.

He was charged with impaired driving and failure to provide a breath sample.

The Belleville man will appear in court on April 23.
